Is Sam a real person?
No. Sam is an AI assistant that texts and talks on your company's behalf. If a customer sincerely asks, Sam tells them.
Whose name is on the messages?
Yours. Customers see your company name and can reply directly.
Isn't this just mass texting?
No. Sam texts a few people at a time and answers every reply one-on-one. Anyone who says no is thanked and left alone.
What if Sam doesn't know an answer, or a customer gets upset?
Sam is built not to guess. He tells the customer someone will follow up, flags it for your team right away, and anyone can take over with one tap. You can read every conversation, so nothing happens behind your back.
Could an employee misuse it?
We make it hard. Reps can’t text a number they type in, only owners and managers can upload lead lists, and owners can switch Sam off for everyone.
Do my employees have to learn a new system?

Do we have to replace our CRM?
